Who We Are

Mike is a seasoned multi-national organizational change and development manager. He currently works with senior management teams across ABB creating and deploying assessment and development programs for top sales professionals and global account managers. He has lead transformation programs in India, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, where he has been the President Director & CEO.

Mustafa is a control and instrumentations system engineer with a PhD in electrical engineering from KAUST. He was announced the best entrepreneur by Oqal group in 2018. Mustafa is a certified strategy and business development and execution professional, and an accredited Small and Medium consultant by (AASBC).

Christian is faculty in Transportation and Control Systems, with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Christian’s interests include research and development in transportation systems, sensors, and signal processing.

Esteban brings a PhD in Electrical Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) to Sadeem. He co-invented a patent on the smart city field and is the founder of Fundación Amal, a social organization aiming to empower young children through entrepreneurship and international education.

Ahmad is an entrepreneur and inventor interested in high-tech startups with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Ahmad’s focus is on startups upscaling, strategy formulation, and business growth.

Gordon is co-founder of Arkane Innovation, an advisory and consulting company that works with industry, higher education and government on technology scouting, innovation management and commercialization of research. He has led innovation and entrepreneurship
at Arizona State University (ASU), Dublin City University and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Frank is a founding partner at StrategyCrowd, an advisory focusing on Strategy, Sales & Marketing and Innovation. He works on programs with Enterprise Ireland, EBRD, World Bank, European Commission and SFA. Frank is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors, certified management consultant and EMCC accredited coach at senior practitioner level.
